They are not recognized and thus are NOT members of the United Nations. You already know some of them.

Taiwan,Kosovo, Somaliland, Abkhazia, Transdnestria, South Ossetia, Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) etc ( plus VATICAN for other reasons).
